Rachel J. Friel studied at Moore College of Art and Design and graduated with Summa Cum Laude and a BFA in Illustration in 2019.

 

In 2020 they apprenticed for Ahava Tattoo Studio in Pennsauken, New Jersey where they are working as a professional tattoo artist currently.

 

Their passion for creating fantasy and horror themed art has led them to create an extensive array of original illustrations as well as sculptures over the years. Usually Rachel takes on new hobbies in their spare time such as taxidermy, jewelry-making, sewing, etc and much of their fine art can be found on their Etsy page!

 

Rachel works hard as tattoo artist, drawing on their background in illustration, to create unique, eye-catching pieces that push the boundaries of traditional tattooing with meticulous detail and textures.
